The company works hard to interview and screen all independent contractors (IC's). Each IC is closely monitored so that they do not cross the line of becoming an employee. The company assists each client with this monitoring as well to insure they do not cross the line of suddenly becoming an employer.
We only utilize American contractors with the occasional exception of our Language Services Division. Our Language Specialists are native speakers and may or may not currently be American citizens, yet they are fluent in English language and the American culture.
